Ward Muscatell Subaru

I recently purchased a 2010 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport 5spd MT from Ward Muscatell Subaru of Moorhead Minnesota and couldn't be happier with the experience. The salesperson, Mike, was friendly, not pushy, and helpful. I really appreciated the laid back sales approach they took as I really can't stand high pressure sales. The overall experience was pleasant. I test drove a similar car, asked a lot of questions which were quickly answered, and they helped me to locate the exact car I wanted. I got the car for invoice due to working for an employer which has a contract with Subaru so I can't really comment on the haggling process as there wasn't one. One thing I was pleasantly surprised to see was a follow up phone call a few days after the purchase to make sure I was enjoying the car and didn't have any questions about it.
