I purchase a preowned 2015 Civic 6 weeks ago. The car was missing drivers floor matt. After 3 attempts with my salesman (promised me a matt), I stopped by dealership (25 miles away), Noah, the preowned manager said he would get back to me within a day. NO call. I guess after they get sale and $$$, don't care anymore, or care enough to fulfill promise.
