Grant is an amazing worker! He is not a pushy car salesman at all, he will do anything to help out! On the other hand having issues with the body shop. Was told I would get it back in a certain amount of days and it keeps getting pushed back farther and farther! I am a very disappointed customer right now!

Snell Motors and Grant Sargent were exceptional. This was the best vehicle buying experience of my life. I will only buy from Snell and Grant in the future. They were that good. I love my truck and loved dealing with this dealership and Grant Sargent. Keep rockin guys, you are the best!

I worked with KonorSeverns Josh the body mgr and Reid in finance. I have to say that this was one of the best car buying experiences Ive had yet! Konor was professional but easy going, no hard sell attitude just very informative and helpful every step of the way and a super snappy dresser to be sure. Josh worked with me on my trade in that needed repair, got me a loaner till it was ready to go and just an all around asset to the company. Sorry, I can't commenton his clothing because he wore a uniform. Ried, and I'm sure I'm spelling that wrong, helped me feel confident in the financing I got. Her has a great sense of humor and an awesome sweater collection! I would work with Snell again and anticipate doing so in the future.

Excellent Sales People And Cadillac Dealership

First of all I must say, Owning Cadillacs all my life, this was one of the best experiences dealing with salespeople that i have ever experience in all of my 40+ years of buying cars... From the very beginning with their internet rep, Ryan answered every question and got all service information i needed on my SRX... Next I talked with Konor the salesman and Jeff the sales manager and the great service continue on til I arrived at Snell cadillac in Mankato MN I spent the most part of the morning with Konor who was very patient and thorough at his craft and trust me, i bought my son who sold cars for a living before and can be a little overbearing but "Konor" didnt flinch and held his on very admirable. He actually won me over the way he handled dealing with a former car salesman...He broke everything down and related well with Jeff the sales manager who also was very plesent to work with and handles every situation perfectly I would definetly recommend that combination of Konor and Jeff as your sales Reps for the smoothest meetings you will ever experience with salesman... And if you get started online, please do ask for Ryan.. You wont regret it. Any of my friends looking for a vehicle will strongly be recommended to check the Snell Cadillac dealership out Great Job Guys HAPPY HOLIDAYS

We recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade ESV from Snell with the help of Konor Severns. He was so great to work with! Very patient as we were quite indecisive .... easy-going and not at all pushy. We felt very comfortable working with him and would definitely go back to him for future purchases.

I was looking for a certain vehicle and when I found what I was looking for Jonathan was great in helping out. He answered his personal cell phone every time. He didn't "sell" me the car he actually knew the details of the car to show he knew what he was doing. I would recommend Jonathan Gabler to anyone looking to purchase with Snell.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Snell. They made me feel like I was the only customer there and took care of everything I wanted. The employees at Snell have much knowledge and are good at their job as they answer all my questions before they are even asked.
