The entire process from viewing vehicles on-line to arriving at the sales lot to choosing and test driving the Durango to closing the deal and signing all of the appropriate paperwork was as smooth as possible and everyone we were in contact with was helpful & polite. It's the 2nd vehicle we've purchased from Jeff Belzer and most likely will return again

Service Issue

I had an issue with my 2023 RAM 3500. Belzer Roseville is my home location, but I was not able to get a timely appointment, so I was booked at the Lakeville location. Creed took great care of me. He was attentive and call multiple times, so I understood what was going on with the truck and that the issue was covered under warranty.

Had a very nice experience with Diego. He was very friendly and polite! Very knowledgeable with the vehicles and features! Answered all of our questions we asked. I will purchase vehicles in the future from him. I have already recommended him to a couple of friends that are looking to purchase new vehicles. Walked in looking for a Durango come find out they all sold over the weekend Diego asked me if I had any other things in mind I told him about the ram big horn but I wasn’t confident that I could afford one he pulled one up on the computer for me and the rest is history. I had an amazing time there I drove off with my dream truck and I couldn’t thank Diego enough for what he did. Best car sales men I’ve ever worked with!.
