I though I was thy only one treated poorly

I made three trips from Hudson Wi. with my trade-in (late model Lexus) and tittle, no debt. They did not seem interested, waited and waited hours and never got a price !!! As I got back to (third trip) Hudson they called and said come in and they would have a price for me. I told them no way was I coming back again..

Rude, REALLY bad Management

Stopped in here a few years ago to check out some used Jags. On the second car the salesman said "if your not interested I've got other things to do". Just to be clear, there was NO ONE there while we were. Just staff standing around talking. WOW! Complained to the manager, who "filled the office" with guys to intimidate us, I guess. Said it was "his word vs yours" That's great. And then continued to "want to buy a car us". This is a Luther dealer BTW. We actually complained to corporate who didn't seem to car either. They also tried to harass me through my review when they were called "Downtown Jaguar". Ended up buying a BMW. More reliable anyway.
