onYour service advisor Sean was very professional and courteous, and went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. Also, he was able to schedule additional recall notices on our 2007 Saturn Aura for the very next day. Also, I found your scheduling process and email reminders to be a great benefit to your customers. Also, I appreciated the direct survey call/follow-up to verify my satisfaction...Job well done all around!
