Service with a Smile

onI was greeted nicely and then after looking up the records turned over to my regular service rep, Todd. They completed the work in an hour which included rotating tires. Then, Todd came into the waiting room and explained what they had done. including washing the car. Note also that we had a prepaid service agreement so there was no incentive for him to tell me that I would need new brakes on my next service. Just doing his job...well.
