First Subaru

In looking for a new car I choose to check out Subaru. I have been a Chevy person for the last 30 plus years. The sales man Lyndon was wonderful, he answered all of my questions and was very up front with me. I believe he took extra time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was happy with my test drives and ultimate purchase of my Forester

R&G Subaru pays attention to providing excellent customer service. Personally, car buying is stressful, but I did not feel an ounce of pressure from the sales staff, so it made my car buying experience stress-free.

Negotiated a 2022 Crosstrek with 36 month service plan. After a 4 hour drive, was sold a 2021 with no service plan. Eventually given a 24 month service plan. Still fighting for what was fairly negotiated.

everything was done in the time they estimated. I have never had bad service here. the staff is polite, they explain everything. this is a very nice dealership.
