I have always found Ryan's to be a great place for all things sales and service. This time around was no exception. Limped in with a flat tire and was back on the road 30 minutes and $22,00 later. Thank you

Ryan auto mall is my favorite Chevrolet dealer! I drive for 4 hours for any work needed because there expert staff knows what there doing. Small family dealerships is what has made Chevrolet what it is today.

Scott G. did an excellent job of guiding us through our selection of a new Equinox. He was very patient helping us to find the right vehicle to fit our budget and transportation needs. We were made to feel comfortable and not rushed in the entire process. We were told to take the vehicle out and drive it as much as we would like. Ryan Auto Mall has an excellent selection of vehicles priced very competitively. We were shown the Customer service areas by Lisa and Mitch guided us through the closing process. At all times the Ryan Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and no pressure to buy. Thanks for a great experience that was well worth the drive!

I contacted Jeff N. in regards to a vehicle Ive had seen for sale online. I was a bit hesitant at first since I live in the North East and they are located in Minnesota. After speaking to Jeff for a few minutes, I knew I had made the right decision. There was no haggling or sales pitch involved, just two guys who loved cars trying to come to a gentlemans agreement. Jeff made me feel very comfortable, so much so, that I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. His patience, attention to detail and no pressure approach were crucial in my decision. I recommend Jeff N. and Ryans Auto Mall to anyone who is looking for a great deal on a car, with a good honest old fashion approach to doing business.

We had a very good buying experience at Ryan Auto Mall. Jeff N. was a great sales person, very professional, and made sure the car had been detailed and looking like new for us when we arrived to pick it up. He worked with us on extended warranty coverage and made sure that operating manuals were ordered and mailed to our home. Very happy with our purchase.
