Dealership Sales Review

They care about covering their bottoms & bottom line, Not their customers

onSince I had previously leased and then purchased an Elantra from this dealer before, I felt comfortable in purchasing another one from them. A few weeks after this second purchase, I came to realize that this vehicle had a serious mold problem. I brought it to the attention of the New Car Manager, Roman Kosovan. He never had the car checked out but informed that he would contact the district supervisor and get back to me. He later had my salesman contact me to inform me that they were not willing to do anything about the problem. I did not want to back out of the agreement but did request an exchange. They refused. The mold problem was bothering me so much that I could not continue to drive the vehicle. Without much choice, I dropped the vehicle off at the dealership and handed them the keys. They still offered me nothing. At this point, I needed a car to drive and without any offering of help from Walser, I went and purchased a vehicle from a competitor. Later, I was finally able to get in touch with someone (Chad) at Walser corporate offices. At that point Roman Kosovan covered his rear by claiming he had offered to exchange the vehicle right from the start. Chad believed him over me ( I'm just some lunatic customer) and refused to let me off the hook for the car. The fact that I had previously leased and then purchased an Elantra from them before without any problems or complaints meant nothing. They seemed more interested in minimizing any hits to their bottom line rather than help out a customer (even one whom they had built a relationship with). Stay away from these people. They are arrogant and insincere.
