Poor Customer Sevice

Using Ford Inventory contacted dealership about a Ford Mustang, verified with the phone contact person from the dealership that the car was available. I went ahead with financing over the phone. When we went to pick up the car, it was a completely different mustang that they did the financing on. The car that I had intended to purchase was already sold. I did end up taking the second car, dealership offered to make it up to us. However after three weeks we still haven't heard from them. Once we got home with the car we noticed the ambient lighting on the drivers side was also not working.

Do not use Mark Maher!!! This guy is the worst! I have purchased a few leases with him in the past and there was always something he would do that was unprofessional, but the last two deals were the worst. The first time I ever worked with him, he kept me waiting at his desk for 30 mins when he knew I was on a time crunch, the front desk had to page him and he was out in the lot talking with his family members. He apologized and said it was because he had not seen them in so long. Very unprofessional. Most recently he was working with my father on a Maverick and told him he would hold it for him for the day. My dad rushed to the dealer from Chicago to ensure he could take delivery. Once he got there Mark told him it was gone. When escalated to the Sales Manager, the Sales Manager explained "they do not hold vehicles". Either Mark or the Sales Manager is lying. Lastly, my F150 lease is up in October and Mark reached out in January to sell me on a great Explorer lease deal. Told me it would be 6 weeks and the Explorer would be in. Here we are 9 weeks later and it has not even been in production, Mark tells me the ones he has ordered most recently are already in production and maybe we should order another one. This guy is [non-permissible content removed], period. Proceed with caution.

Things were done in the usual professional matter. I was told my shocks were leaking on my 2010 Focus. The price $470.00. I called a shock place and they want to charge me $156.00. A little overpriced?
