Jim Brewer was my Service Advisor and he was excellent!! He diagnosed my problem, set up a service date that worked for me, and had my car fixed before the expected time frame. They even washed my car before giving it back. I have gone to several Jeep dealerships in the area and have never had such a great experience as this one. I am so fortunate to have found Jim Riel's in Warren. Thank you, Jim Brewer!!! I'll be back for all my Jeep needs. :)
