Williams Chevrolet

The sales man spent the entire time trying to get me to trade my old car in which I had already made completely clear I wasn't interested in doing. He also pulled my credit score which I asked him not to do (illegal btw). He then proceeded to show me many vehicles I had already made clear I didn't want saying they didn't have what I wanted. Then when we sat down in the office his boss came over and basically said they had lied and did have what I wanted but that I couldn't get approved for it unless I traded my car in?!?! I then went to Bill Marsh and they got me into exactly what i wanted right away without even trying to get me to trade my car in. I am appalled and would like to report Williams dealerships to the better business bureau.
