I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that I had a very positive experience working with Crystal Douglas. I was having difficulty finding a Honda Fit and was having more difficulty with several salespeople that I attempted to work with previously at different dealerships. They seemed uninterested in my business. They were not returning phone calls and did not seem to have time to answer questions. I had almost finalized a purchase at one dealership (agreed on price of car) only to be told at the last minute that the particular car I was attempting to purchase had special wheels and would cost an additional $1500; I was sent away with a message from the sales manager that they would "look" for factory wheels. I had such a poor experience with Honda that I was ready to purchase a different make of car and was beginning to research Toyotas. At that time, Crystal responded to an e-mail I had sent. I began working with her and she was courteous, efficient, honest and matter of fact...no games, no nonsense. While working with Crystal (before she was able to confirm that a trade could be made for the Honda Fit that she located), I received a call from the first dealership asking if I still wanted to purchase the car since they had "located" factory wheels. I gladly told them "No" because I preferred to work with Crystal. I also paid an additional $400 for the same model car that they offered me and had no concerns about that because I felt that I was being treated fairly by her. I just wanted to pass this on to you since Crystal provided such a different experience than my previous ones. This is my first attempt to purchase a Honda product and it was a very negative experience prior to encountering Crystal. She was caring and interested in my business.
