Does not care about the customer

I purchased a new 2010 Cadillac SRX from this dealer in Rochester Michigan. I love my new car and its been great, I just wish I could say the same about the dealer I purchased it from. When I arrived I had to wait for my salesmen. No drink offered in the waiting area, they only offer Coffee. I just turned in a Lexus and all the great service they gave me, I was at least offered soda or water at Lexus and here when I asked for water, I was pointed to a machine or the water fountain. They also do not have Wi-Fi in the showroom. So I'll have to take it somewhere else for service as I need to do business sometime while I wait. I then waited some more for my sales person, Jim who's office is right outside the sales managers office and let me tell you this place is old school. The manager had another sales person in the office and they were speaking in hushed tones about "rate bumps" and price increase. Sounds like 1980 car sales to me. When I finally finished purchasing the vehicle and I was looking over the invoice, I noticed they were trying to charge me over the GM employee price. This violates GM rules and I caught them red handed. The salesman said he "fat fingered" the price and got it fixed. I know better as I used to sell them. After the paperwork, Jim never even thanked me for my business or gave me a tour of the store to get acquainted. I also never met the manager. I got a survey from GM after the purchase and I filled it out how I thought was appropriate. 2 weeks later I got a call from Jim who basically scolded me for not giving him a perfect survey. I called the manager and he never called me back. So I wrote Todd McDade an e-mail and he also never responded. This is a terrible place.
