Mike rushford was excellent to work with.He got our ford escape within one day. Everyone was helpful in our purchase of our ford escape. Monica was excellent in helping with financial part and the final paperwork. It was a very rewarding experience.

Service was excellent. Our warranty was honored. I received phone calls updating me on repairs being done and progress being made. I always get my oil changed at Babb Ford. It is actually less expensive than quick lube and the proper oil is always available. In addition, we are never bombarded with recommendations that are not required. For instance transmission flush; I wouldn't let an amateur touch the transmission in my vehicle or buy a battery on their recommendation. I'd go to Walmart first and I don't like the way Walmart services vehicles either.
