Pat Milliken Ford

I shopped for my car online before ever going to a dealership. I hadn't had a new car or leased a car since before my 13 year old son was born, but the time had come to enter the world of monthly car payments and I wanted the best and lowest price I could find. After extensive research on comparing cars, options, and prices my mind was set on a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium 4wd, must haves were heated seats, remote start, (which come standard on the Titanium), tow package and in Silver or Black. I contacted dealers through websites such as this and dealers contacted me and I let them know the must haves and that I wanted to sign by the end of the week. Also, I said whoever could give me the best deal is who I would go with. I was in a hurry and ready to lease so there was no time for slackers or noncompetitive pricing. Don B at Pat Milliken Ford contacted me promptly and gave me the best pricing out of the 6 dealers I ended up communicating with. One dealer told me he would "blow everyone else's price out of the water" (I think he washoping I would stop shopping around, but I didn't)...He didn't blow Pat Milliken Ford out of the water or me. I did everything through email and some of it over the phone so all I had to do was go to which ever dealer had the best price, negotiate a price on my trade in and work the numbers with a down payment. Don B gave me the absolute lowest price out of everyone and that even included a technology package which was not on my must have list or included with many other dealer's quotes, he submitted a lease summary quote to me via email, and quickly responded to all my questions, and he was not pushy at all like some dealers. I drove the 115 miles to get my new awesome car with a great monthly payment. The vehicle I was going for at Pat Milliken was Silver but luckily Don noticed something wrong with the electronic gas gauge when I took it for a test drive, which he said they could replace but I would have to come back tomorrow. With distance and free time constraints I opted to look at their selection, ( which is extensive) and although they had another silver one I saw the Tuxedo Black and loved it with it's gorgeous flecks of sparkle in it so I went with that. Don and the staff quickly got this new choice ready for delivery and new documents drawn up. Also, Don ran the numbers various ways to see which lease option would be the best fit payment wise for me, I ended up with a two year lease 12000 miles and a great payment with all the incentives and rebates applied and more options than I anticipated. I love all the technological features on this vehicle it is amazing and before I left the technology specialist got in the vehicle with me and synced my phone for me and showed me all the techie features of my new vehicle and there are many! My ride home was heaven, as the windshield wipers went on and off on their own as needed and the lane assist lights in my rear-view mirrors lit up when someone was in my blind-spot as I enjoyed the pretty purple ambient interior lighting I selected while talking to my son over the speakers, all things my old 2000 Mercury did not have! I purchased my very first car (a 1987 Ford Escort) from Pat Milliken when I lived in Livonia and they did me right then and 27 years later they still got my business!!!
