2016 Buick Encore

We always appreciate the friendliness of the staff at Cole Buick in Portage. And especially our salesman, Bruce Kraker. We were looking to trade in our 2011 Buick on Monday and we did that day!! And for another Buick. This is our 5th car from this dealership. 2 GMC Acadias, 2 Buick LaCrosses, and the 2016 Encore for running around town, etc.

2015 gmc Sierra

The salesperson, Scott, listened to what I was looking for and went out and found it, he didn't try to sell me a different vehicle or push me towards a model that had more features or options. He communicated the status of the sale with me very clearly and always took the time to talk with me even though it was the end of the month and was obviously very busy.

Improvements for customer service

The car wash does not do a good job. It would be nice for regular customers if twice a year if you would do a free detail. It would improve customer relations and put your dealership way above the rest. Improving customer service is key to get new customers and keep the ones you currently have.

I had a wonderful experience at the Cole Buick GMC Cadillac dearlership. I had visited several dearlerships previously but I did not feel as comfortable speaking with thier sales people as I did at Cole Buick. John May is an excellecent Salesman and I really like his style of getting to know you first before trying to show you cars. The rest of the staff was just as knowledgable and friendly as John was and I had a great car buying experience.

Not only was the routine service performed efficiently and promptly, but the service department kindly took the time to install the Cadillac medallion I had received. In addition, from everyone in the service department to John May, the salesman who sold us the vehicle, to the receptionist, to the woman kindly prepared a latte for me, I was treated in a friendly and professional manner.

I really appreciated the amount of time it took to negotiate the final cost of our new car, my time is valuable it only took minutes to make the purchase. No Car Wash Today?

Usually the car is washed when I have my oil changed at Cole. However, it was not offered this time. It's a nice feature that has been offered in the past. Otherwise, my service from Bob and the people that performed the oil change were fine.

I purchased a pre-owned Certified Cadillac. The process was very smooth and I enjoyed working with my salesman Neil McMahon. Staff were friendly. they did not waste my time at the car shop and had everything ready including plate transfer. Scott Santjer was kind enough to show me all the features. From the dealers prospective I was satisfied. I recommend that GMC extends discounts to the general public who are willing to transfer from other car companies.
