Excluding the delay from order date to delivery, primarily caused by the UAW strike against GM and several stop orders by GM itself (all of which were beyond the dealer’s control), my relationship with Kring (dealer) and my salesman was, and remains, excellent. My salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle, and appeared to be supported by dealership personnel. Any question he could not answer would be resolved in short order.

Trey in the service department was awesome!!! He explained the repair, cost and how long it would take. He ensured they had all necessary parts in stock. My car was ready when promised and they went the extra step and did a check of all fluids, tires and brakes as I was 4 hours from home! Thank you! Thank you! Highly recommend this dealer!!!

Because of Covid you can't hardly find a new truck but Toni DuBois went out of her way to find me the truck I wanted. She also showed me around the Dealership and introduced me to their Parts and service people. I have found my Dealership and will never go anywhere else. Friendly people that will make sure you have a good experience.
