I like the price I got for my new vehicle. The dealership has a very low key vibe. I am not sure about the features on my new vehicle, and I felt they were not quite sure, either. The car was delivered to me at night, so hard to see how it looked. The next day I saw touch up paint on the passenger door, this was dissappointing for a BRAND NEW vehicle.I have had the car a week now, no follow up calls is a little surprising.

From the get go, Mike Love was awesome, very personable and knowledgeable too. AND NOT pushy like at most other dealerships. He listened to my needs and didn't try and upgrade me, i was in control of meeting and choosing my needs. He simply presented options, i like that.. Everyone i came in contact with was very friendly and curious, genuinely.

I have worked with Young Dealership when having work done on my old vehicle. Keegan did a wonderful job organizing my maintenance work. When looking for a new vehicle Barb suggested Tee. Ms. Davis did a wonderful job. She helped me to find the best vehicle and through the process. She also talked me through the step of setting up the different services for my car and showed me the different features it has. I had a wonderful experience and have already suggested Young to a friend, as well as specifically Tee Davis.

Since the hot selling SRX's sell so fast, the Selections were a bit low, but Lori pulled out all the stops to find us our beautiful Blue Cadillac. The perfect match for us! Kara was so nice and professional. Between Lori, Kerry and Kara, our car buying experience was awesome!

Immaculate place inside and out. Wonderful time with incredible salesperson T. Davis. Also had great service with your service department, body shop staff, and the young lady who took me through all the options and controls in my new Cadillac SRX. Young of Owosso is the BEST car dealership I've ever gone to in my nearly 50 years of buying and leasing new cars from a dozen GM dealerships!
