Vanessa was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. We were visiting the area due to a death in the family, when the transmission on our Jeep went out. We decided to trade it in, and buy a new one to make it easier to get home. Vanessa worked quickly and efficiently, knowing our time there was short and hectic. At the same time, she was empathetic and took time to listen to us. Highly recommend!
