From the initial greeting to the step-by-step introduction to the functionalities of the 2017 Outback I purchased, sales specialist Austin Gressett was truly a professional and a credit to Subaru and the dealership. Missing was the commonplace, high pressure sales presentation; Austin was informative, helpful, answered my questions, and offered many insights to new features I otherwise might not have asked about or known about. He even took the time to pair our phones to the car, something not done by my previous, 4 mile away dealer.
