Honest and efficient

I've been buying vehicles from Priced Right Auto almost ever since it started and in all that time I've never had a bad experience. In fact, I can only think of one car in the last 25 years or so that didn't come from Priced Right and that was one that I bought from a friend of a friend from church who needed the money. The last three vehicles went through Holly. I've dealt with John and Chris and Holly and each time I leave the lot, I'm confident all the paperwork is perfect and I can't wait to start bragging to my friends about the deal I got. I've never really dealt with Scott, but I can't imagine he'd be there if John had any funny feelings about him, so I'd say you can be confident that you've been dealt with honestly if you've bought a car there.

Outstanding Customer Service

Overly impressed with how well Scott took care of us when we purchased our vehicle. A few things were not properly working when the description on the selling ad stated otherwise, so they have made this right by fixing it for us and we couldnt be more impressed. Worth the drive and HIGHLY HIGHLY would reccomend this comfortably to anyone! You wont be disappointed!

Great sales experience

We purchased a Dodge Ram pickup from Holly in June. I have always been hesitant to by used, but Holly restored my faith and was fantastic to work with. Her follow up throughout the entire experience was amazing, she answered all questions, was timely and honest. Her integrity sealed the deal. I do not hesitate to recommend this dealership and especially Holly, she is the best!

After an exhaustive search and almost giving up hope, we found the perfect truck at Priced Right! Not only the perfect truck but the perfect deal! Scott went above and beyond, he listened to us and made it happen! We will definitely be and have recommended Price Right!

After a long and exhaustive search for a truck I found the PERFECT one at Priced Right!!! Scott was awesome, the initial payments came in a little higher than we could afford and Scott reworked it to where it fit our budget perfectly! The truck is beautiful inside and out! I will definitely recommend you!

Check Vehicle Out Before Purchase

The staff were friendly and made the buying process easy enough. Having said that, they would not go down a dime from the purchase price they listed. I thought that was a little inflexible, but liked the vehicle and purchased it anyway. It has been a few months, but even before the small warranty was up that they provided I noticed that the air conditioning and front windshield wiper pump were broken. I did contact them and they offered to take a look at it, however they would have to keep the car overnight meaning that I would have to pay for a rental car or find some other transportation until repairs were completed. This was just really disappointing to me, since A) they have a service department who was supposed to have looked the car over, and B) they wouldn't go down on the purchase price at all when there were at least a few hundred dollars in repairs that needed to be done. The moral of the story, is that it's probably an okay place to buy a car from, but I would get it checked out before making a purchase.

I have now bought two cars from Chris and Holly and I will never buy a another car from anyone else as long as this two are in business. I hope their father knows what kind a of values and morals that he passed on to the family. It's rare to find honest, non aggressive salesperson. I would recommend anyone to go here. I am glad I found this guys.
