We are very happy with our 2020 Edge. Bill Meier in Lowell was a good salesman. He helped me set up my phone and Sirius in my car and explained many other things very well. He even allowed me to call him when I had a problem with connecting my garage door to the car. He was very helpful. He knew just what we were looking for, and immediately pointed us to a few vehicles. We really like the one we chose.

After a few rough and stressful months with my vehicle and some issues I could no longer keep up with, I finally decided it was time to start looking for a new vehicle. My used vehicle hunt lead me to Zeigler Ford over in Lowell. Called ahead to inquire about a vehicle I wanted to take a look at, and it was pulled around and parked out front, ready to look at when I pulled into the lot about twenty minutes later! Great service from these guys, and super helpful to roll out of there with some new wheels! Had the best experience. Super helpful, my car wouldn’t start so they came to pick me up (about a 50min drive one way). Drove the car I was interested in and bought it. Was sent home with a loaner car so they could get my car ready. They picked up my old car and delivered my new car to my house. Mike Romence made this an awesome experience and has been so helpful, and professional. I will be back if I decide to get a new vehicle.

Bill Meier at Zeigler Ford in Lowell worked his butt off to get me into the truck I was looking for at a price I could afford. He made things so easy. Honestly it was the easiest and best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle! I had to go back several days later and the office manager remembered me by name, which is huge for me.
