Its been a pleasure, as usual, to deal with Bill Brown Ford.
This is the 2nd time I have worked with Al L.
He is knowledgeable and very helpful.
I would recommend anyone to go see Al!
The 2nd day I had the vehicle, I ran over something that got lodged in my tire, and the service department took care of it immediately.
My 16 year old daughter had to take it in because I was working and they made the experience very easy for her and were very professional.
And best of all, they took care of everything with no charge to me!
I will always shop at Bill Brown Ford and will use their service department.
They provide the best customer service, are very professional, kind and helpful.
