After a horrible experience with another dealership, I purchased an F150 from Tony Betten and Sons in 2015. It's been a great experience. Through the years the service and parts dept have been great. Any service work I've had, they call you back with updates, etc. Good luck finding any dealership that does that. I enjoyed my experience with them in past, so I ordered my 2021 Ford Bronco from them. I received my 2023 in July. It was a long journey but the salesman Aaron was very helpful and patient with me. Thanks to the whole team for providing me with this Awesome Ride!

Sales better than Service

Not too impressed with the service dept. Had front end thumping and made an apt. for my brand new 2023 Ford Explorer Limited (before it snowed). When I brought it in, they said the snow in the tires caused the thumping. I explained it happened before it snowed and asked them to check anyway. The tech came out later... without checking and said it was snow in the tires. I explained again, and waited for the proper check. They came out later and said it was fine, all the tires were balanced. I took it to Discount Tire and had them check... all of the tires needed balancing! I've not had a problem here before and have mostly been happy with their service dept. This time however, I feel that either they were dishonest with me and they never checked the balance... or if they did, their equipment or process is flawed. Either way, not a good experience.

John Brewster was very gracious, knowledgeable and accommodating. The whole process was smooth and surprisingly fast (unlike the drawn out time consumption of past vehicle purchases). The vehicle (2011 F-150) was presented as very clean and attractive.

Tyler Palmer was very helpful. He explained all our options on buying or leasing. We did not feel pressured in either option. Tyler was also very attentive to my son, Andrew. While my son was driving home from college Monday night, he said it felt like the accelerator was sticking. I brought it in without an appointment and Elvir worked us in which I GREATLY appreciated. The tech cleaned the throttle plates and checked the car over and it appears to have fixed the problem. Thanks to Elvir for GREAT customer service!
