I wasn't unhappy with the truck until the paint started to peel off by both rear doors. I went to the dealership to ask about getting it fixed, but the service person wouldn't even get out of his chair to look at my truck. I told him it only had 70 thousand miles on the truck, and he laughed at me. He laughed in my face and told me the guy next to him was buying two trucks. I can't say that it's fair to call this a service review because they never worked on the truck did not even look at it.

I know some of this is my fault cause I'm a easy person to sell to I feel I walked out of the dealership with something I'm not going to afford and the bank will take back I felt pressured into this I know people in this business have to be hard to sell they should listen to what there customer are telling them I was never told any of the numbers on what they were giving me for my trade I told them not to run my credit all over town but they did anyways

Great Experience

Kevin was excellent person to work with. He was very knowledgeable and personal. I brought two vehicles in to trade and that went very smoothly with the appraisals done in know time. I got the price that I thought they were worth. No hassle or pressure and everything was done in a short time and I was leaving with the new to me vehicle that I wanted. And I would like to mention Isaiah the finance manager. He explained everything throughly and answered my questions with true professionalism. Him and Kevin both made me feel welcomed and appreciated our business. If your looking to purchase a vehicle you can’t go wrong with Todd Wenzel.

Best Service Ever! I scheduled my appointment for oil change and I was in and out of Todd Wenzel in no time. The price was fair for oil change as I believed. Customer service was excellent as always in taking care of my needs and finding out what I need to do a simple repair on my automobile at the same time. After the pandemic we lost track of how important customer experience is. After all it's how businesses set themselves apart from competition and how theyachieve success. I rate my experience in buying a new used vehicle a 10 out of 10. I left overjoyed and confident I was treated as best as I could have been. Todd Wenzel Geand Rapids was a great new truck buying experience. I buy new vehicles all the time and they are true professionals! There General Manager is second too none! They made every accommodation effortless and went the extra mile to make sure i was completely satisfied! I traveled from NY to purchase my wife’s new Yukon Denali which was a 1,600 mile round trip and would do it again just to deal with true professionals! Simply the best!!! Highly recommend and i have dealt with dozens of dealerships throughout the country.
