Al Serra Buick GMC

Last year, Ron H. was recommended to me by a friend who had recently purchased a vehicle from him. We came in last year and left completely satisfied with our new 2012 Buick LaCrosse and, more importantly, with the level of service received/start of a relationship with Ron. I'm pleased to say that this year was no different. We came in Tuesday, test drove two vehicles, sent Ron an email with the specifics we wanted and he arranged everything else. You had the vehicle on your lot, he took care of arranging financing, a couple of emails, and we came in to sign paperwork/pick up the vehicle yesterday. I can't say enough good things about Ron and the experience he provided to us. I, as a female, never have an issue with Ron like I've had with dealerships in the past (he never asks Will my husband be joining to talk finances or Do I think I can handle that vehicle being a girl) which is critical to my happiness with vehicle purchase. Ron came highly recommended to me and it's easy to see why. We will continue to purchase our vehicles through Ron merely due to the great way he treats us!
