I dropped my car off for the day, to get an oil change at around 7:10 AM, after I got to work, and sat down, my phone rang at 7:42, the car was completed already! Talk about fast service! Will always come back!

Usually great service

I usually have had really good service over the many years I’ve taken my cars in for service. This last service visit left me with some concerns. When I called to bring our car in, I described what needed to be done and the very next thing they said was it was $85 to just diagnose. I was taken back because I was calling them to fix it and we knew what was wrong and had every intention to fix it. I bring our cars there and never objected to repair costs. I received a call after we took it in and that the service engine light was on and it was going to cost $85 to diagnose each error and there were 3 as well as two additional things that needed repaired. I’ve never been told I would have to pay $85 to diagnose each error. I didn’t have them do it as it was going to cost over $250 just to determine why the service light was on when it is free for me to take it to Auto Zone. I am now getting offers to buy the car. Not sure what is going on here but hope this is just a fluke.

Salesman Donnie D. was a pleasure to work with. Easy going, no pressure and took the time necessary to meet all my expectations, answering all my questions and concerns. I feel that Sawyers Chevrolet gave me a very fair deal and I couldn't be happier with my new Silverado. This was NOT the usual painful experience I've had with other dealerships.

All seems Ok. I just had the tires rotated. I'm hoping they reset the tire pressure monitors this time. They did not the previous time I had the tires rotated.

Everybody was real friendly. Don didn't push. Gave us the time to think everything through before making such a big decision. You gave us very fair trade in value for my old vehicle right from the start. Didn't have to negotiate at all on the price. Very pleased with my purchase.

Bad day great turn out

I got a flat at 5pm on a Tuesday. I called service and Casey!! answered, he told me he couldn't fix it that night but to bring it in first thing the next morning. When I arrived at 7 AM he got it in ASAP and it was ready before I needed to head to the office. Casey is amazing!! and who ever did the work on my tire you rock!!

My car broke down on the way to class. I was upset I would get into trouble. I'm in a very competitive nursing program. I called sawyers to let them know I was having my car towed over. When I got there they had a loaner car ready for my and explained they would call when they diagnosed my cars problem. I was so grateful. I made it to class on time. Casey is a great guy who offers great customer care. I recommend sawyers to everyone!

My experience at Sawyer Chevrolet Service Department

The oil change and tire rotation were regular warrantied services and have always been done timely and professionally. The remaining work was either something I brought to their attention or something they pointed out. I was grateful not only to have the work done but to find out the majority of it was also under warranty. Heather was very kind and helpful when she called with any and all information and she was very prompt in obtaining the information I requested. All in all my experience was very positive and I will not hesitate to return.

Great service from the Service Dept, not so great from the Sales Dept

I would most definitely would recommend Sawyers for service work. But to buy a vehicle, I'd say no. I've moved around and have bought from other dealerships and have had better follow up care buying a used vehicle than I have with the new truck I bought from Sawyers.

Casey was amazing- service was outstanding. It is because of Casey's wonderful attention and commitment to service that I will return to Sawyers. However, Heather needs a lesson in customer service and phone etiquette- she is rude and dismissive and should not be dealing with the public.

It was a good experience. It was very convenient. I did my car research and shopping online and spent very little time at the dealership. Everything leading up to signing the paperwork was handled online or by phone/email. It was a great car buying experience that fit my busy schedule well. If I would have known it would be that easy I would have purchased a car sooner.
