Great dealership!

We bought our 2024 Chevy Silverado from Hank Graff. Our sales person was Christian Thwing and he was wonderful! We never felt any pressure and when we changed some features along the way he was always so kind and helpful. Christian helped us through the buying process and kept us updated as to the progress of our vehicle in production. We are thrilled with our new truck and so happy with the service we received from Christian and everyone at Hank Graff.

2018 Silverado 4x4

My recent service was quoted at $1,200 to $1,400. The actual was $1,153. Rodent had chewed through wiring and connectors, causing check engine light to come on. After repairs, everything works.

2018 Silverado

Got a fair price on my 2018 on Hank Graff Used Car lot. I love my truck. They showed me the car fax and it was clean. However, I later found a broken tab on the headlight assembly. I believe there was minor damage to the front when the truck was traded in. Didn't show on the car fax.

They are just ok with service

You don’t wait too long that’s a good thing. 👍 My paperwork said they check tire pressure but they did not. 👎 Really bad thing is that they allowed 3rd party contractors to be there and take advantage of your insurance example: the chip repair guy To me this is a real scam. My insurance will paid for a whole new windshield with my deductible only $100 n he said he will do it for $75 but didn’t specify on doing what. Stay away from them “auto glass Davison “ I paid him $75 for small repair on my windshield. As soon as you get out of your vehicle that guy will be there.

Got what I paid for

Oil change with tire rotation deal not honored. Paid full price for both services instead of the combined price. I called afterwards and the service desk told me there was nothing they could do. After my tire rotation, my tires were left at 30 psi, not filled to 35 as the work ticket said. I got what I paid for, but wasn’t thrilled about my experience.

The Best Service Team in Michigan

Victor was my service rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He kept in contact with me to let me know the status of my vehicle and sent a shuttle to pick me up when it was done. What else can you ask for. I love coming to Hank Graff. I have had four cars serviced here over the years and I actually bought two vehicles from Hank Graff. I love the service here and would definitely recommend them to any friends or family. Thanks for the excellent work guys.

Oil change

Waited over 2 hours for oil change and rotation even though I had an appt. Then they found a bad tire preceeded to put it on the front of the car, then had to wait on that. What's the point of making apps if you have to wait that long????

Perfect service with a smile!

Made my appointment for oil change and tire rotation on Wednesday morning, had an opening at 1:15pm later that day, rolled in and was treated like royalty, had the car back to me in 40 minutes with a thank you and a smile to boot! My bill was $20 less than Todd Wentzel GMC, with the tire rotation and I didn't have to drop it off for half a day!! Great Job Hank Graff Service Dept!
