The Service Dept Stinks

Parkway has the worst customer friendly service people I have ever met, even the manager. Some are fine, but not all. They make you feel like the problem is your fault and most of the time the problem is not fixed properly. They need a big time lesson in customer friendliest and fixing the problem presented
