Upon first impression we felt that this was going to be a good experience. However, we are now returning the vehicle. We were promiced several things, like having the plates, title, and things in order in "a few days" which turned into 2 weeks. We also requested a owners manuel. We were told it would arrive in a few days as well.. it still hasnt come. The vehicle makes a horrible humming noise in the rear end, we found it needed what we thought to be a front end alignment.. they rotated the tires,, claimed it was corrected and now it pulls the other direction. The sales man offered to "cobble" up the front mud and snow gard under the engine,,, it was broken and we requested a new one.. never happened. we were told we would be called when the appt for the alignment was set up.. we finally called and made the appointment ourselves and were told "ops, we forgot". I would not recommend this dealership.
