Trustworthy, quick service

I don't live close to the dealership, but I always go back there for my service. It is quick and I have not had a back service experience yet. Never trying to upsell me on anything but brought to my attention when things were wrong, like my battery was near death. I just feel very comfortable there and knowing that the service will be done right.

ED RINKE SERVICE

I brought my 2016 Yukon in for service. Dealer determined it was a bad transmission, air ride compressor, shocks and sway bars. After spending over 9K on service to correct these issues, the air ride compressor is still not correct. Compressor continues to over run. Scheduled a service appointment to have this looked at on 4/10/23. Dropped the car off at 7:30 am and was told it could take a couple hours, so I had my wife pick me up. I made three calls through out the day to get status on my Yukon, with ZERO call back. Finally got sick of waiting after 9 hours, so I had my wife drop me off at the dealer to find my car sitting in the lot. Ed Rinke had my yukon with a scheduled appointment at 7:30am for 9 hours and it was still sitting out in the lot. I was told that they briefly looked at the car and needed more time to evaluate the car. So, you had it on the rack and then took it off the rack to sit in the lot on a scheduled appointment? After purchasing multiple vehicles and numerous service appointments at Ed Rinke this will be the last time I purchase or bring my vehicles in for service. Very disappointed at the lack of customer service. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and this is how you get treated. And not to mention, when they serviced my car to replace the transmission, they had it for over a week, and did not offer any type of loaner vehicle. Needless to say, my car is still not fixed. Needed new tires, alignment and unfortunately my "check engine" light was on for awhile. Tina went over my tire options and made a recommendation from her personal experience. I love my new tires! Tina was there early in the morning to greet me, called me in the afternoon to tell me about the results of my diagnostic and promised the vehicle would be done by 5 when she finished her shift. Sure enough, she called me a few minutes after 5 and left me a message. I called back and spoke to her. She went over the invoice with me so I knew what to expect. She has a great personality and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much for the great experience! Tina is one of the best!
