The general manager is a stand up guy. Went to great lengths to make a deal and make sure I was happy.
Original Review - Received a flyer from this dealership advertising a trade in event which was only available to their "special customers." In the ad Golling promised to give you fair market value for the trade in. The salesmans name was Adam and he was a really stand up guy (probably would buy a car from him if he worked at another dealership). But the sales manager Tom was another story. At first they promise you the sky, saying they were confident they could beat any deal. Then when he couldn't match the deal I already received from another dealership he started bashing the other dealer's price and told me how dishonest that other particular dealer was. To add injury to insult they offered me $2500 less on a trade in than any other dealer and $3500 less than fair market value. Then when I mentioned the "fair market value" promised in the flyer he went on to say that Kelly Blue book was way over valued, agree to a certain extent but not $3500 off. Huge waste of time. Hopefully they will send me the free $10 target gift card for coming in, so at least it was not a total bust. Getting my car from a competing dealership and will never do business with them again.
