AMAZING! I had an absolute amazing sales experience at Toyota of Watertown! Because of Steve S and Alex, I was able to trade in my 2003 Camry and walk out as a new 2013 RAV 4 driver! Alex and Steve took their time to find me the best deal for what I was looking for. They were so incredible helpful running all different numbers for all the different options I was given. I walked in not really knowing what I was looking for, but luckily with their help I couldn't have found a better vehicle for my dollar. I've not only been a customer in the dealership business, but also an employee of a dealership and let me tell you - this place knows how to take care of their customers! I was astonished of how the entire processes went seeing as I was very skeptical given my dealership background.
