Very upfront and not misleading. Andrea, Julie, Gerry and Roy are great! A+ for customer service. I felt very comfortable and not mislead at all. They do their best for the customer and don't try to milk you for all you're worth. I'd recommend my friends here and would come back!

From the moment Josh G. came over to assist us our experience with KIA was great. He never once pressured us in fact he made us feel comfortable and important to him. He took the time to answer all our questions and even lets us take a vehicle home for the night. I think we put him through the ringer trying out 2 different vehicles.

Excellent low pressure and highly respectful approach from both the salesman, Joshua, as well as the sales manager, Ian. Likewise, the finance manager did not try too strongly to advocate for the purchase of extended services. Additionally, the sales team worked hard to allow me to purchase a vehicle within my budget, without any attempt to upsell any unnecessary options. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new Kia! If you go, please tell Josh that Peter Kirk sent you! I'm confident they will take very good care of you, as they did me.

Besides the salesperson that you were dealing with, everyone else acted like a team if you had any questions. I thought I was looking for a used car and after driving it wasn't sure , they let me take a new one home overnight to see if I like the new model ( Soul) . Wasn't sure about the color of the car I was thinking about buying and there wasn't one on the lot, so the salesperson ( Mark) had one there the next day for me to see it .No pressure, worked with me to have the amount I wanted to pay and the options I wanted also . Financing was easy and painless! All in all great experience.
