onShortly after buying a certified used Lexus CT200h, I had to take it in for a vehicle inspection and the touch up of some minor rock dings on the front bumper.
This would take a while, so they gave me a loaner car for free and I used the loaner to run my errands that day.
When I returned and gave back the keys to the loaner, my vehicle was returned to me washed and vacuumed, looking better than when I had driven it in!
If you're used to service procedures at other dealers (I also own a Honda), you know that you typically drive the vehicle inside the service area and stand off to the side to talk to a service representative.
At Herb Chambers Lexus, you are whisked out of the service area and into a lovely glass office where you speak to somebody about your car and they enter all your instructions into the computer.
It is still the same basic process, but so much quieter and more elegant.
They smile and direct you to the cafe where complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, salads, sandwich wraps, and other foods and beverages are yours for the taking while you sit in their comfortable wi-fi area and wait.
I've never been to a more comfortable, quiet, and peaceful vehicle service in my life!
