It was an absolute pleasure working with Alex Gomes at Herb Chambers Lexus. He was a true professional while remaining personable and thoughtful. While working with Alex, I did not feel like a customer; I felt like a client. He acted as an advocate for my needs and did not lose sight of this throughout the transaction.
