Purchasing a new vehicle has historically been overwhelming and stressful for me. Not the case with this purchase. Diogo Sebastiao was wonderful to work with throughout this purchasing process. He was no-pressure, easy-going, informative, and helpful. His colleague, Ricardo Dordete was also a pleasure to meet, and work with upon finalizing everything. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and equally impressed with the Mastria Mazda team.

I could not be happier with my purchase and the service at Mastria Masda. I worked with Diogo Sebastiao and he was great. Car was priced great, customer service was awesome. I didn't feel pressured and rushed, no games, quick and clear communications, Diogo went above and beyond locating a specific vehicle that I was looking for, delivering the vehicle to my house which is an hour away from Mastria Mazda. I couldn't ask for more. When time came to do finances, it was Ricardo Dordete that worked with me. Final price was exactly as negotiated, no gimmicks, no last minute surprises. Ricardo was professional, polite and trustworthy, I feel he found best rate possible for me to purchase the vehicle. I would definitely return to Mastria Mazda.

Just finalized my purchase of a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from this top notch group of individuals. Everyone from sales, to management, to the finance department was phenomenal! We hadn't bought a new car in many years and dreaded doing so because of our memories of the high-pressure tactics. But our experience with Mike Maynard was completely different. He has a very engaging personality, could answer any question about the car we were looking at, and wasn't pushy in the least. Of the salespeople we dealt with at four different dealerships, Mike was the best. So we were glad that he also carried the car we liked the best so we could give him the business. The finance officer we met with was also great. We can't say enough about the exceptional experience we had at Mastria Mazda!

I went to Mastria Mazda to check out the Mazda CX-30, and drove out same day with my new car! The entire experience was low key, extremely helpful, and organized. Harlan Spaulding was our sales representative and spent extra time going over the features of the car, helping us get set up with the new technology, and introduced us to the service department. This is how a car purchase should be done! thank you for the excellent experience and purchase of an outstanding vehicle!

Had a great experience purchasing my Mazda CX-5 over there. Harlan Spaulding was the salesman he was great to work with. He has a low key style-no pushy manner which was a plus compared to other his pressure dealerships I've visited. I would highly recommend Mastria Mazda for your next purchase

The experience was pleasant. Colton was not pushy at all. I was so indecisive and finally made my purchase; although I'm still second guessing myself! The only thing that I was not happy with was that there wasn't much room in price negotiation and when I picked up my vehicle, the tank wasn't even half full. That was surprising considering when I bought my used Miata from a Lexis dealership, not only did they bring the car to me, they filled up the tank! That's customer service!

After months of searching for a car, and having more then a few bad experiences with other dealers, getting a car from Mastria Mazda was downright pleasant. They happily took care of every concern I had about the used vehicle I went in to purchase, and still had me out the door in the vehicle the same day, something I had been hoping for, but not sure if it was possible. I live states away, and so will probably never have the opportunity to go back, but I highly recommend this place. Also, a huge thank you to Dereck Viveiros for making multiple trips to help me get the car inspected at a third party mechanic, as well as giving me a ride to go return the rental car I had used to get there. Absolutely A+ service!

I had an absolutely great experience at Mazda in Raynham. After having a car accident and a totaled car, Mike made buying a new car the easiest process and stress free! I came into Mazda with an idea of what I wanted and Mike made it happen in less than an hour ! Ricardo and Mike and everyone else at Mazda go over and beyond for their customers! I am so happy with my Mazda CX-5 and will be sending lots of customers their way !

Great experience all around. I booked a test drive on their website for a used CX-5 and the salesperson Chad had the car ready when I came in. He was so nice and able to answer all my questions. He also let my 8 year old daughter sit in a convertible miata that caught her eye while we were there which I thought was sweet. He and Dereck were reasonable and patient when it came to the price negotiations. I worked with Ricardo in finance and he was great as well. Everyone was friendly and the place just really gave off good vibes. Definitely recommend.

I had been admiring the CX-9 for its style and room for our family - we have 3 growing boys - but what sold me on this vehicle was the dealership and the customer service I received every step of the way. Thomas was great! He educated me on all the mechanics and technology features, and I loved testing the car's ability on our test drive. He made it clear, he wasn't trying to "sell" me a car, he wanted me to love the power and performance of the CX-9, and I absolutely did. When researching and comparing other vehicles, I was interacting with other sales people in different dealerships, and was utterly disappointed with the lack of attention to us as customers, dishonest and pushy sales tactics, and negotiations that fell through because of the dealer. I did not experience any of these problems with Mastria Mazda. Thomas and Michael returned every phone call, email, and text message, and worked with me on my time schedule. I got a great rate on the CX-9, and they kept their word on the monthly payment remaining in my comfortable range. I was really impressed with the ease and attention I received at Mastria and will be singing their praises to all my friends and family. Thomas has continued to check in with me to make sure I am happy with the CX-9 and have adjusted to the newer technology that I was previously unfamiliar with. I love the CX-9, I love the way it drives and handles, my boys are super comfortable in it, and I find myself looking for extra reasons to drive! zoom zoom Mastria Mazda made a happy customer out of me!

Mike Maynard - Great experience start to finish

So my 2004 Mazda 3 was definitely showing its age, and I knew it was getting to be that time. I had stopped at a few dealerships to look at different cars; but at each place I went I was hit on immediately by a sales rep who started asking a million questions that I was not ready to answer. Annoying!! Jeez dude I just wanna look! Get away from me! Then on my way back to Boston last week my GPS took me down the Raynham auto mile. I pulled in at the Mazda dealership just to kick some tires, no plan to buy, and saw a whole line of 2018 Mazda 3s directly opposite a whole line of 2015 lease returns. I got out to take a look; and for quite a while I went back and forth looking at each row of cars figuring out what the difference was between the two. I had a good long time to myself which is very rare at a car dealership. Its what every buyer wants, but few dealerships ever understand! Why??? So that was the first thing that I really enjoyed about my experience there. Then Mike Maynard comes out, shakes my hand, and we start talking. Very cool, very chill guy. We talked about the physical differences between the new and the used 3s and the price differences. Then I asked to sit in one that I fell in love with at first glance. A beautiful charcoal grey 2015 3 i Grand Touring. And it was clean clean clean clean on the inside. Then we went for a drive. Mike never pushed me throughout the entire experience. Each step was at my request. Thats the second thing I appreciated about my experience there. And of course it was the test drive that sold me. I loved my 2004, but this 2015 was nice. REALLY nice. I was sold. It was time. We went inside and Mike gave me the price, outlined the different down payment/loan payment options, and I signed a bunch of papers. Price, trade in value, all that was very fair. I knew the Edmunds values of my car and the 2015, and I am not the type to be a complete ass just to say I saved $500 by bargaining. Just not my thing. If the price Im given is fair for the age and condition, then Im good. So then I sat with Ricardo, the finance guy, who sent out a mass loan request; and the first one that shot back an approval was my actual bank which was awesome. My own bank; and I never even had to take the time to go there and do the loan paperwork myself. It was all done sitting inside the dealership. Just smooth sailing from start to finish including an intro to the service department and a really cool car monitoring app that shows everything on my phone. But Michael is definitely the man. Ask for him. You can tell he really loves the cars he sells. The only issue I had was that the car had rubber mats that I didnt like. No problem. Mike switched them out for a full set of carpet mats and even found me an extra key. That (among everything else) is good customer service.

An unexpected purchase!

Today we visited the dealership with the intention of test driving a few pre-owned vehicles. We had met Michael Maynard last week and had an appointment for today. Mike was very patient and helpful, as well as professional, as we did the test drives. What made this decision tough today was the fact I really did not know what I wanted. Michael pointed out features of each but allowed us to make our own judgements and assessment. We finally decided on a make/model, had even left the dealership to test another car, but returned. The overall purchase process seemed lengthy, with the various staff members involved, but overall I was pleased and impressed with both Michael and the finance advisor Ricardo.
