had a great experience with your dealer salesman Scott G. he was very thorough in his presentation and did not put on any pressure. did a review on functions of the car and is following up with another visit to review functions. the shop is very clean and the personnel are neat looking. Scott has also called several times to check up on the car.

Pleasant and professional

Kudos to the folks at Mastria. Wanted to avoid price haggling, and they cut right to it online - Mr. Holt sent me a good price really quickly and didn't hassle me with call after call. Went to the dealership and there were no hidden tricks - the price was the price. While nobody gets everything they want for a trade, they were quite fair that way, as well. Mr. O'Neil was pleasant and non-pushy and really knew his product, including the slightly intimidating (at first) radio display controls. While spending that kind of money is never "enjoyable", this was as close as it could have been.

FINALLY A DEALER WHO GETS IT !!

Not sure how to really put into words the experiance the bottom line is for once I felt like the salesperson {Mark} and the manager {Gary}actually cared about our experiance we were treated with respect from the get go the pricing process was about a 15 min process but i clearly understood there position and i think they respected mine bottom line we shook hands on a deal and i could not be happier the delivery was actually FUN ! and there were no issues or problems Gary the mgr and Mark the salesperson get 5 stars !!

Bought a 2009 Yukon Denali at end of April

Was looking for a Denali and could see that Mastria had one w/the options I wanted in stock. Had been dealing with another dealer but wasn't having any luck on getting a fair price. I called Mastria and agreed to a price over the phone (basically Edmund's TMV). Drove right over and gave a deposit/filled out the paperwork. The salesman was great. He really knew his stuff and you could tell he had been doing this for quite a while. When I came back w/my wife, the truck was all ready to be picked up. Finished the rest of the paperwork, got a great demo, and off we went. I wish it was this easy to buy a vehicle closer to where I live. They have called a couple of times to make sure everything is OK. I would definitely buy from them again.
