Worst truck buying experience!
Written by 03/29/2016
onAbsolutely took advantage of me. From selling me a lemon, (broke down 4 times in first 6 days of having it, leaving me stranded over 3000 miles from home). NO RESPECT FOR THE DISABLED! Refuses to let a disabled customer use a service loaner - that is FREE to the non-disabled (a brand new car) IF you have a service dog.
Cost me thousands in credit card charges just to get home because of being broken down everywhere from OK, CA, NV, UT, and then again back in MA.
Which left me w/o my meds, which I need to prevent seizures.
NOTHING was offered to me, my family for the trouble...
Which all happened within the fist 2 weeks of owning the truck! And it wasn't fully fixed until AFTER 6 WEEKS!
Thanks for the lemon!

Dealer Response
Meredith,
We have communicated with you consistently since your purchase of the pre-owned GMC Sierra 3500, and have done everything possible to stand behind the vehicle we sold you. Unfortunately you experienced some issues while driving across country, and we recognize that needing to have the truck serviced while on vacation was a huge inconvenience. We feel terrible about your experience. This could not have been foreseen by us, however we understand you wanting to place blame.
Fortunately the repairs you needed to the truck were covered under warranty. We worked closely with General Motors to assist you and ultimately determine what travel and vacation expenses you were eligible to be reimbursed for. Regarding the loaner vehicle we provided you with, you made it clear that you needed a truck, and that is what we gave you, rather than a new GM vehicle which most other customers utilize.
We understand your anger and disappointment, and we remain here for you should you have any future concerns with your GMC truck.
