Bought an F150 Lightning Laredo. Frank did a great job finding me an extended range package amongst a Ford recall. The financing department got me a great deal and in a few days I got the vehicle I was looking for. The truck is awesome.

The salesman that I dealt with was outstanding. Jon Hastings has a thorough knowledge of the ford truck lineup. He directed me to the type of vehicle that I needed for towing a 5th wheel trailer. If it weren't for him, I would have purchased the wrong vehicle. He explained which options I should be looking for along with the engine size and class of truck. He was very patient and never tried to sell me more than what I needed. I will certainly go to him for my next vehicle purchase.

I called and was able to get in for an oil change the same afternoon, and also was able to book my next service appointment so that I won’t have to call later and it’s already on my schedule and I won’t miss the last service of me warranty

Ford Escape Service @ Northampton Ford

The battery gave way on our 2013 Ford Escape and despite not having an appointment, I called and they said bring it in. While I knew I would have to wait, the service team slotted us in for the replacement and it only took about an hour and they did a great job. Never even had to reset or reprogram any of the electricals -- radio, Sirsus, seat settings, etc. Well done... Brian, Service Manager is alway good about giving great service.
