Do NOT purchase here!

by Sheena23 on 08/28/2017

These people sold me a Compass with mold throughout the air ventilation system, breaks that squeak, a window that does not work, the vehicle sputters when accelerating a battery that dies on me one month later, leaving me stuck at the grocery store in the middle of winter and an axel that bangs and sounds like I'm driving on bed springs. I have taken it to their shop eight times, and these issues have not been fixed, besides the battery. I have complained to the attorney generals office and the better business bureau because they refuse to give me a refund or replacement vehicle. They are trying to stick me with a lemon that they don't know how to fix and therefore should have never sold to me. Since they refuse to stand by their product and value quick cash over customer loyalty or reputation, I feel that it is my duty to make the public aware that you should NOT do business with them, they will cash your check really fast and refuse to refund you for the junker when you have issues. They will offer to fix it, but don't be fooled, you get there and they can either "not duplicate the issue" or they will tell you it's fixed and let you figure out as you drive away that they fixed nothing. They have terrible reviews everywhere for a reason, so do your homework before you spend $1 here.

Great customer service!

by peterford on 05/06/2017

Great customer service! I had a great experience...I was a Ford guy, but got a deal I couldn't pass up on a Ram that Is AWESOME! I did 3 months of research and found the best deal here. They took care of my concerns and didn't waste my time like other dealers did. They were upfront on what they could do and what they couldn't during the negotiation. James and Mike were extremely professional and honest. I would highly recommend First Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram!

Horrible sales

by G2baleopard on 12/22/2015

SALES DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE! Horrible experience wish we would have bought from elsewhere they over charged us and deny it even though we came in with our truecar price. When we confronted them their response was all well you already signed the contract. So they refused to fix it. Beware! And the manager was soo rude. So unprofessional.

Avoid the aggravation and stay away

by hyundaiowner6 on 03/09/2015

This is the "ugly stepsister" of the Joe Ruggiero Group. From bait and switch to raising the prices to reneging on deals to outright lies, Chris the manager of this dealership sets the bar for a new low standard on what used car dealers are known to be. Tried to purchase a Sonata, so instead I'm being led into an Elantra - "but it's exactly the same", well it's not, that's why it has a different model name. I was offered a loaded 2012 Sonata for $16,000.00 on Friday, when I came back on Monday the best they could do on the same car was $16,230.00. When I showed them two identical cars that were selling for less, Chris just laughed and asked "why don't you just go there then?". Well to be honest I had a terrific experience next door at First Hyundai and I wanted to give the dealership a first crack at making the deal. But I was not aware that it was a totally different entity. Avoid the aggravation and stay away, unless you are into being belittled!

Avoid this Dealership

by nissanmax87 on 06/12/2014

Avoid this dealership. The used car manager Charlie and salesman Jim are dishonest and do not follow through with their word. I drove an hour and a half to their dealership last weekend to purchase a $20k vehicle cash. This 2010 Nissan Maxima (which is still listed, be careful) needed to be jump started even though it was a new listing, they assured me it was because it sat for too long, but it hadn't even been there a week. I noticed a lot of scratches, some were shallow and could easily be buffed, some were deeper and I was told by Anthony our first salesman who was wonderful that the deeper ones would not come out. We then test drove the vehicle, I asked to take it on the highway. I was told they don't usually do that (who doesn't do this when purchasing a car?), but we can. The car shook once we went over 65mph, I wonder how many other cars do this, but nobody notices because they usually go in a little loop where you can't go above 45pmh. We got back and they had Charlie the used car manager come over and speak to us about our concerns (paint and shaking). He assured me multiple times both would be taken care of. He even had us go outside and point out the scratches (which were obvious). He assured us multiple times "no problem, they'll be taken care of". He told us his "paint guy" comes out on Thursdays and he does such an amazing job I'd need to use a magnifying glass to see them. He also stated the color "black is the easiest to fix", when we all know and his own salesman stated "black is the hardest to fix". He then addressed the shaking, his solution was to drive the car for 1500 miles and it will go away. His reasoning was because the car has been sitting and developed flat spots on the tires. If that far fetched reason was the case the car would shake at all speeds, not just over 65. I spoke with a Nissan dealership and a master mechanic and was told this explanation was bogus. Charlie is a typical used car dealer trying to scam his customers and Jim another salesman backs him up. I had many reservations regarding the car so I left that day and called back a few days later to negotiate a better price. We agreed on a price and I was told multiple times both the paint and shaking would be taken care of. I offered to leave a deposit and pick it up on Sunday. Mon, Tue and Wed Jim told me he would confirm everything with Charlie and call me back. Not once did he call back. I called daily always being told "I'll call you back in a few minutes". Jim never called back, three days in a row. Finally today I get an email from someone other than Jim or Charlie stating the scratches can't be fixed "will this effect the deal?" Of course it will, the price we agreed on was with the understanding the scratches would be fixed. Needless to say I have backed out of the deal, but they wasted my time and made multiple promises they couldn't keep. It's a bit cowardly to have someone else email me stating they can't hold up their end of the deal rather than picking up the phone and telling me themselves. Both Charlie and Jim are deceiving and try to cover up other serous issues with unbelievable reasons and solutions. If they can't close an easy 20k cash deal then maybe it's time to look into a different profession. Beware of this dealership.
