METROWEST SUBARU

Easy to book service date and time over the phone. Waited for my car while being serviced. It was the last of the prepaid services that I purchased when we bought the vehicle. First we were two months late and couple of thousand of miles over the suggested service interval when gettiing the service done but they comp it anyways. Inspection revealed rear brakes needed replacement so I had that done which added an hour to the wait time. Had my computer with me so it was no big deal. Been doing business with Metrowest Subaru for six years and would highly recommend for sales and service.

Metrowest Subaru does an amazing job of getting you in for service that is convenient for you. I go after work and they have the car ready the same night so that I don't have to worry about taking time off from work.

Stellar Service!!

Jeff, Sam, Ron and all the hardworking people at MetroWest Subaru took great care of me! I was especially sensitive as my previous dealership was very unresponsive about renewing my lease and answering questions. At MetroWest they were right there with answers, gave me the quotes I asked for, scheduled a time for me to test drive in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and always followed up and called when they said they would. They were reasonable in negotiating and created a win-win all the way around. I have bought 2 cars from MetroWest in the past and so glad that I came back to them - they never disappoint!!

Positive Experience

Buying a car is a stressful event that we don't go too often. I was in need of a new vehicle and needed certain options & wanted certain options. I told the salesman, Ross Annenberg and together we narrowed down my options. The test drive was comprehensive and had me on highway like roads, ordinary streets and winding & narrow side streets. Really gave me the feel for the car. No high pressure and the pick up was awesome. Ross showed me all the different features (again) and then reached out a week later to see if I had any questions or wanted to walk through the features again. Knowing this would take time from his selling it was impressive that my relationship with Ross didn't end as soon as I signed the papers.

Something extra?

Although my 2015 Legacy was out of warranty, Metrowest replaced my gas filler door unit at no cost to me. The door would no longer open and there had been company service bulletins outlining the problem and authorizing replacements, After initially declining to replace the unit, the dealership said it would do it at their cost. No hassle, although it most likely was in reality a warranty-covered repair.

Outback

Sub-ordinary. We have usually been very satisfied with the service, but this was not good. We came in for 2 reasons. The first was re booting the electronics cause the dashboard had gone off line. That got taken care of. The second was to install a door strip that had fallen off. I was told you had the replacement strip but when I got there, you didn't have the strip in to do the work. So, it was a waste of a few hours for me. When I left, I was told you would order the strip and you would call when it came in. Never happened.

Excellant Experience

I had the best car buying experience I've had purchasing a car. I had decided to look into leasing this time. Matt, my salesman, was helpful in making my decision. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each. There was absolutely no sale's pressure.After choosing to lease, the finance department took care of the paper quickly. And after going over (and for me over and over) the car features I felt confident and secure in my decision. I highly recommend MetroWest Subaru.

Metrowest Subaru

Took a 2017 Legacy in for routine (oil change/tire rotation etc). Took a little over an hour. They have secure wi-fi and a quiet room where one can work or surf the web that is a nice option to have, instead of watching Judge Judy or some other nonsense.

Very Positive Experience

I highly recommend visiting MetroWest Subaru if you're in the market for a Subaru. After doing plenty of research and comparing prices for a 2019 Ascent at several dealerships, MetroWest offered me the best deal on both, the sale price and trade in value for my car. Matt Donadio, the salesman, was highly professional, responsive and accommodating in working with me to close the deal, and continued to follow up to insure my satisfaction. The whole process was straight forward, speedy and satisfying.

12K service

I had an appt for the service, and it still took almost 2 hours, not sure why. Also after I got home, I noticed that they didn't replace the sticker for the oil change -- hope that doesn't mean they didn't do it. I prepaid for my services/oil changes when I bought the car, and worried about this...
