I had a fantastic experience at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford while buying the 2015 VW GTI. The first visit started with a positive impression when Ryan Hawkins, Sales Representative, suggested seeing the GTI before discussing details. I knew I wanted the GTI. They paid attention to my interests and let me test drive a white GTI on Day 1. (There was definitely love at first sight !). I'm a quiet person generally and like to get the facts and numbers straight before doing any talking or jumping on a decision. So the finances were not decided on day 1 and there was no pressure from the dealership either. I waited about 3 weeks to reconsider my finances for the down pay and monthly pay. There were no pushy calls in between. The finances were negotiated with Kaser and went very smooth and more importantly I am happy with my monthly payments. I have been a VW owner for the last 6 years and I'm glad that buying a new VW was completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend this dealership for you car purchase!
