Great Dealership

Great Dealership I would highly recommend. Jason was awesome down to make a deal and was super transparent. Im not one of those customers who feels like the dealership shouldn't make money so I was happy with the deal I got. Dealership wasn't one of those make you wait for 8hrs kind of spots. Gabrielle knew her stuff and was super helpful. Andrea made the finance office experience seamless I must have been in there for 10 minutes max. I would definitely buy from here again, It was def worth the 30 minute drive.

Horrible service

It was a horrible experience, I would call and never get answers, it took from March 23, 2022 to end of December if 2022 to get the car repaired under warranty, the they charged me for the battery that stopped working because my car was parked on the dealer for months. The first time I went to asked in person about the status of the car was May 2022 (because they would not say anything over the phone), they couldn’t even find the car. The next communication was in November 2022. Again it was a horrible experience and they didn’t even acknowledge there was a problem with the situation. I would not recommend using this dealership for anything, they will take your money and then abandon you when you need them!

Hyundai elentra 2012

My Elentra might be a 2012 but it only has 78,000 miles so I bring it to hyundai whenever there's a engine issue. This week I had it towed to Pride when solid engine light came on. Krista called me to let me know my car made it to parking lot safely and a technician would diagnose ( for a fee of course) I needed spark.plugs and 4 new coils and caliper replacement. The work was done quickly most likely due to Krista being proactive about ordering and requesting parts! I really appreciate the way she and the staff treated me and explained why repairs were necessary. I had my car back in 2 days which is a welcomed change ( back in 2020 in took 2 month for Pride to diagnose engine and fix a simple crank shaft).

Unreasonable and disrespectful salesman

The first salesman who tried to get our info was helpful. However, his manager was a young male who was extremely disrespectful. He made it very hard to get basic information (MSRP, money factor, rebates, etc.) and ultimately shared a residual ratio of 0.46% for an Elentra 2018 which is way off compared to every statistic I’ve been told about and have found in my research. Likewise, he insisted a 0.0026 MF (i.e. a 6.24% APR) is the very best you can get with a tier 1 credit score. Obviously none of this is fair or correct. I had to finally tell him politely that I didn’t want to waste my time, to which he answered “me neither”. He seemed very tensed the entire time and deaf to our concerns. It was a little funny, but a complete waste of our time. I really hope other dealers are more serious.

Sam at the collision center was particularly helpful in all phases of my dealings with Pride. The work was done quickly (even though there was extensive damage), and it was a hassle free experience. They handled all the issues with our insurance company that resulted in a very satisfactory outcome

Absolutely thrilled with service. routine maintenance went as planned, technician listened to my concern about a noise, but could not reproduce. This is typical when the weather is colder. Staff was welcoming and friendly, as always!
