Commonwealth Honda

I've given Commonwealth Honda an excellent review because of their quality work and outstanding customer service. I arrived at their service center without an appointment, and I needed to get an oil change and a tire rotation for my vehicle. Jorge greeted me with a friendly welcome and gave me an initial estimate for how long the work would take. He clearly set customer expectations right away, and directed me to the customer waiting area where I could enjoy complimentary coffee and cookies. By the way, this waiting area includes an HD home theater! In exactly the amount of time that I was told, Jorge came back to tell me that my car was ready. He summarized the work that was done, let me know that everything looked good, and informed me where I could find my car (even down to the parking space number). I fully recommend the service center at Commonwealth Honda for all your vehicle maintenance.
