My husband recently purchased a 2017 Rogue from Ron Bouchard Nissan. His experience was everything he expected and more. The sales person, Mike Clancey, was professional, experienced and a pleasure to deal with. His product knowledge was outstanding. My husband was so pleased with his experience that he decided that I should lease a brand new Rogue for myself! The current lease expired in November 2017 (we leased from a different dealership). My experience with Mike was equally smooth and easy. I left the lot with my brand new 2017 Rogue two days after my husband purchased his car. We can’t say enough about Ron Bouchard and their staff. I want to thank Michael Clancey and his sales team for making an experience come to life. I had no ideal I would be signing for a new car when I visited the dealership. I was looking for a new maxima and finding out that they didnt have the ones listed on their website and already were sold. So Michael wanted to know what exactly what I wanted and i told him and he went to work and found on the lot a plan B and I am very happy of the result because it made me all smiles at the end lowered my present interest rate and bought a more expensive car and helped me reach my goals and I got the car I wanted even though I had to compromise on the exterior color. I wanted the Bose system and that was also a compromise. I will just have to wait on that one. The purchase experience was a total pleasure and never a high pressure point like a lot of dealers in Massachusetts and I was glad I went to Ron Bouchards NIssan to finally reach most of my goals. Anyway thank you MIchael Clancey. I am driving the car that I wanted. The Maxima is a dream to drive too and the new leather seats are very lush and soft and I hope these will last a lifetime. Everyone come and check them out right off Rte 2 in Lancaster exit 35 .

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had

I wasn't planning on buying a car. The transmission went out suddenly on my car and I found myself car shopping on a Sunday. I'm so happy that I went to Ron Bouchard Nissan in Lancaster! Stephen Sanchez met me and provided a top notch experience. There was no pressure which I've found to be rare when shopping for cars. He was very friendly and helpful. I test drove a few models and he was very knowledgeable about all of them. My experience with Stephen was one of the main reasons why I stopped looking and decided to buy at Bouchard's. I cannot say enough about the level of customer service I received from the Bouchard team - including Sales Manager - Austin McCarthy and the Finance manager, but most especially Stephen! He walked me through the entire process, answered every question I had and kept me informed throughout the entire process. If you're shopping for a car, I highly recommend this dealership and especially Stephen.

Wow. Excellent people. Best place to buy a car if you do not want any stress. I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue and I had a wonderful experience. I tried so many dealers before coming to Ron Bouchard's Nissan and I can tell you for sure Ron Bouchard's Nissan dealers are the best. Ask for Richard Lynos or Jay Nicosia they helped me a lot , I made the deal with them in just one visit, they just ended my 2 months of intense car hunt within minutes, they gave me the best deal and very professional and honored everything they promised. Ray Jiminez was the finance manager and he got me the best rates, I financed it for 72 months and I don't know what magic he did to get me such a low APR. Great job guys.

After going to several Nissan dealers in my state and being severely disappointed, a friend of mine in the auto industry recommended I go down to Ron Bouchards in Massachussetts. What a difference!!! No hidden or surprise fees, and they got me a fantastic APR that put all of the other dealers I visited to shame. Can't recommend them enough!!!

2nd Car Lease

We worked with the same wonderful sales person again - Franklyn Brown. Originally we were there to trade in our 2014 Kia Sorento EX with touring packing for another 2016 Sorento but didn't feel the 2016 Sorento was a good fit. Franklyn suggested looking at a 2015 Murano Platinum to get the features, fit, and price we wanted and it was the perfect suggestion! We kept the car overnight for extra test driving and returned the next day to close the deal. We are not giving a 5 star review since unfortunately, there was an incident with one of the Managers, Jay, who angrily dressed down Franklyn in front of us for "losing our Kia's registration." I thought this was very unnecessary and unprofessional. The registration was not really lost at all but later found on the manager's desk as Franklyn insisted he left it previously the day before. Honestly, if we had not already closed this deal, we would not have leased the car since we found this manager's Trump-temper and style to be abrasive and totally out-of-line.

I read the reviews on this site and several others, before going to Ron Bouchard's to purchase my Nissan Juke. There were some really terrible reviews. So, when I went to the dealership, I was expecting the typical rigamarole that usually accompanies purchasing a car. I was pleasantly surprised to have a great experience. I dealt with Jay Nicosia and John Byrd, who were both polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. After Jay took me for a test drive in the model I chose, a Nissan Juke. He located a car in the color and with the features I wanted within a few minutes. (I know it wasn't an easy task, because I had tried to locate one myself via the internet to no avail). My car was delivered on time and as promised just a few days later. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a stress free buying experience. I didn't experience any of the pricing issues mentioned in the other reviews. The price quoted was the price I paid.
