We worked with the same wonderful sales person again - Franklyn Brown. Originally we were there to trade in our 2014 Kia Sorento EX with touring packing for another 2016 Sorento but didn't feel the 2016 Sorento was a good fit. Franklyn suggested looking at a 2015 Murano Platinum to get the features, fit, and price we wanted and it was the perfect suggestion! We kept the car overnight for extra test driving and returned the next day to close the deal. We are not giving a 5 star review since unfortunately, there was an incident with one of the Managers, Jay, who angrily dressed down Franklyn in front of us for "losing our Kia's registration." I thought this was very unnecessary and unprofessional. The registration was not really lost at all but later found on the manager's desk as Franklyn insisted he left it previously the day before. Honestly, if we had not already closed this deal, we would not have leased the car since we found this manager's Trump-temper and style to be abrasive and totally out-of-line.
