AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP

by Jim Pereira on 01/06/2022

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They are deceitful and will take you for a ride if you let them. They mark up their vehicles well above the sticker price but you don't see the paperwork until the deal is made, then you realize that you have been swindled. They also employed a bate and switch scam on me. Go to any other Nissan dealer other than Sullivan Brothers. BE WARNED. If I could have given negative stars, I would have.

Caveat emptor

by melissad4 on 10/24/2015

Dealership did not report the return of a leased vehicle until 6 months later. When this was reported to Gen manager Paul and Finance manager Ned , they were completely indifferent. They ignored phone calls, lied outright to customer and NMAC. Finally, after engaging Nissan North America, the issued was resolved 2 months later. I love my Nissan, but I will never do business with this dealership again.

go somewhere else...

by mckaygopats on 06/09/2015

I've been in sales most of my career, and this place uses every trick in the book. I thought only seedy used car places still operated like this. Salesman consistently tried to use monthly payment number to confuse negotiation, made me wait forever, seemed to be coming up with numbers completely out of the blue, "checked with the manager" and magically had new numbers, etc. This kind of place is such a hassle to deal with, and you may feel like you got a good deal but you probably didn't...

Dishonest sales practices

by plymouth4372 on 04/28/2015

Leased a car from Sullivan Brothers Nissan recently. Realized too late that the salesman scammed me on the deal. They’re pros at making you think you got a good deal when you really didn’t. When I called to talk it over to try to figure out a solution, GM Paul O' Sullivan couldn't have cared less. They're definitely only interested in getting as much money as possible out of you and then washing their hands of the whole thing. Don't make the same mistake I did - take your business somewhere else.

It's not a done deal until all the paperwork is signed

by kfarrell1 on 11/21/2013

Went over the weekend to test drive vehicles with my mother who was hoping to decrease her monthly payments and lease a vehicle. We spent 2 hrs test driving various vehicles and wanted to find out how much a lease agreement would be on a 2013 Murano. We stated that we weren't sure on how much we owed but I thought it was around $11,000. My mother signed the paperwork for them to check her credit and the sales rep went off to speak with the manager. He came back and gave us an offer that was higher then what my mother wanted to pay and we said thank but we were going to leave. The sales rep said wait 1 min and let me see what we can do. He came back and said your not going to believe the deal my manager is giving you, I wish I could get it for me. My mother and I discussed the deal and decided it was a very good one and we would take it. The sales manager came over shook our hands, the sales rep shook our hand and they said welcome to their family. Mom started to write out the down payment check and the sales managers & rep started the paperwork. After a few minutes the rep came over and said there was a problem as the payoff amount that "we quoted" was off by $5,000 and they could not go through with the deal. My mother tore up the check and we left like we did something wrong. We came back an 1 hr later to explain our disappointment that they would not honor their "gentleman's agreement" and felt that the entire issue wasn't handled appropriately. At this point they offered to put us I the Rogue but the entire process had left us with a bad feeling. We left without a new care or a agreement for a new vehicle. I am truly disappointed in this organization and I hope that no other person has experience.

happy new car owner

by mabra on 11/20/2013

Wow a Big thank you to Sullivan Brothers Team, I have been shopping around for a while for a car, I knew I wanted a Nissan but just didn't know which one. the minuet I arrived at Sullivan I felt that I would buy that day , I didn't feel pressured like at other dealerships, the salesman Adam was great he made sure to answer all my questions, when I met the sales manager Jason he made sure that I was happy and content with everything, they went over and beyond to meet my needs. I will for sure be going back there and also tell my friends and family to go there. A+ all the way
